BuyNest Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BuyNest. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, shipped, and delivered.

BuyNest works with multiple suppliers, warehouses, dropshipping platforms, and fulfillment partners, including CJdropshipping, USAdrop, US-based warehouses, and international suppliers. As a result, processing times, carriers, packaging, and delivery estimates may vary between products.

Shipping Destinations

BuyNest currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout. Certain products may not be available for delivery to every state, territory, PO box, APO/FPO address, or remote location.

We may cancel and refund an order if none of our fulfillment partners can deliver the product to the provided address.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within:

1–5 business days

Processing time includes:

  • Payment verification
  • Address verification
  • Supplier confirmation
  • Product preparation
  • Packaging
  • Transfer of the order to the shipping carrier

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and US public holidays.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

During holidays, promotional periods, severe weather, supplier disruptions, or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Estimated US Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the product’s warehouse location and selected shipping method.

Overall Estimated Delivery

Most orders should arrive within approximately:

4–25 business days after the order is placed

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The product page, checkout, order confirmation, or tracking page may provide a more specific estimate for an individual product.

Do not advertise a delivery estimate unless the selected supplier and shipping method give you a reasonable basis for meeting it. Under the FTC’s internet-order rule, a US seller must reasonably expect to ship within the stated timeframe—or generally within 30 days when no timeframe is stated—and must obtain consent to further delay or refund the unshipped merchandise.

Multiple Packages

Products in the same order may be supplied by different warehouses or fulfillment partners.

Your order may therefore:

  • Arrive in separate packages
  • Be delivered on different dates
  • Use different shipping carriers
  • Include more than one tracking number
  • Have different packaging for each item

Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean the remaining items are missing. Please check all tracking numbers provided for the order.

No additional shipping fee will be charged solely because we divide an order into multiple packages, unless a separate charge was clearly shown and accepted during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

BuyNest may offer:

  • Free standard shipping
  • Flat-rate shipping
  • Product-specific shipping rates
  • Promotional free shipping

Shipping rates may vary according to the product, destination, order value, package weight, warehouse location, and selected delivery method. Shopify supports free, flat, and carrier-calculated rates, including different rates through product-specific shipping profiles.

Any free-shipping promotion is subject to its stated terms and may exclude selected products or locations.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email.

A shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information will normally be sent after the order has been dispatched.

Because orders may be fulfilled by several suppliers, tracking information may be sent separately for each package.

Tracking can take approximately 2–7 business days to begin showing movement after the tracking number is issued. A status such as “label created” or “shipment information received” may mean that the carrier has not yet completed its first physical scan.

Customers may also be able to track supported orders through Shopify’s Shop app when complete carrier information is available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please check:

  • Recipient name
  • Street address
  • Apartment or unit number
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code
  • Telephone number
  • Email address

Contact us immediately at buynest1.store@gmail.com if you discover an address error.

We will try to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or been submitted to a supplier.

BuyNest is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned to the sender, the customer may be responsible for reshipping and return-to-sender costs where permitted by law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will try to help, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has:

  • Entered processing
  • Been submitted to a supplier
  • Been packaged
  • Received a tracking number
  • Been shipped

After dispatch, the order will normally need to be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier congestion
  • Holiday demand
  • Customs processing
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Supplier delays
  • Incorrect address information
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Labor disputes
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Security or public-health events

We will provide available information when we become aware of a significant delay.

If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we may request your consent to a revised shipping date or cancel and refund the affected unshipped item, as required by applicable law.

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

Some products may be shipped from outside the United States.

Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, or similar government fees may apply. Any charges collected by BuyNest will be shown during checkout where supported.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, the customer may be responsible for charges imposed by customs authorities or delivery carriers.

We will disclose known additional fees where required before purchase. Shopify specifically advises dropshipping merchants to communicate potential customs and import charges before checkout.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around the delivery location.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management.
  3. Check for delivery photographs or carrier notices.
  4. Wait up to 48 hours, because some carriers may record delivery shortly before the package physically arrives.
  5. Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number.
  6. Contact BuyNest if the package still cannot be located.

We will assist with the available carrier or supplier investigation. A replacement or refund is not automatically guaranteed when carrier tracking confirms delivery, but each claim will be reviewed based on the available evidence.

Lost Packages

Contact us at buynest1.store@gmail.com if tracking has not updated for an unusually long period or the package appears lost.

We may ask you to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your full delivery address
  • The tracking number
  • Confirmation that the package was not received
  • Any correspondence with the carrier

After investigation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or video of the item
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • A photograph of the shipping label

Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Damaged, defective, and incorrect-item claims are also governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Refused and Unclaimed Packages

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address may not qualify for a full refund.

Where permitted by law, actual original shipping costs, return-to-sender fees, supplier charges, or reshipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
