BuyNest Return & Refund Policy

At BuyNest, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If your item is not right for your home, you may request a return under the conditions below.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of installation
  • Returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags
  • Accompanied by your order number or other proof of purchase

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

After your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send a product back before receiving return authorization from BuyNest.

Return Shipping

For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or an accidental order, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. BuyNest is not responsible for customer returns that are lost or damaged during return transit.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Contact us as soon as possible if your item is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective
  • Missing important parts
  • Different from the product you ordered

Send your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label to buynest1.store@gamil.com

After reviewing the claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A full or partial refund
  • Store credit
  • A prepaid return label, when a return is required

Do not discard the product or its packaging until we have completed our review.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Items that have been used, washed, assembled, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without their original packaging or essential parts
  • Products identified as non-returnable on the product page

Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

The quickest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order for the preferred product after the return has been approved.

If an incorrect or defective item was delivered, contact us before placing another order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refunds may be reduced or refused when:

  • The returned item shows signs of use or damage
  • Parts, accessories, or packaging are missing
  • The return was sent after the return window
  • The item was not eligible for return
  • The return did not follow the provided instructions

Shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Order Cancellations

Contact us at buynest1.store@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel or change an order.

We will try to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been shipped. After shipment, the normal return process applies.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender charges.

Late or Missing Refunds

After receiving a refund confirmation, please allow your payment provider time to process it.

If the refund is still missing after checking with your bank or card provider, contact us at buynest1.store@gmail.com.

Policy Abuse

BuyNest may refuse returns or refunds where there is evidence of fraud, repeated policy abuse, product substitution, intentional damage, or false claims.
